GO PASS AND TRYOUT IMFORMATION Reminder #2

Parents and Players:

Tryouts will be held in the small/auxillary gymnasium at Desert Mountain High School August 12-14th from 4:15-7:15pm. In order to be eligible to try out for a team, you will need to make sure that you go to the Desert Mountain High School web site and complete the following.

*Click on “DMHS Athletics” which is located on the menu on the left of the screen

*When you get to the DMHS Athletics page, scroll down and you will see a link on the left side of the screen that says “Athletic Packet w/Physical Form” click this link

***Please Note*** ALL of these forms need to be completed online and then printed. No one is allowed to try out for ANY fall sports without completing these forms and being cleared by the DMHS Athletic office BEFORE tryouts. The sooner you get these forms filled out the better!
