Reminder- Sign up for the Wolf Den Sand Tournaments ASAP!
It would be wonderful if we can get all of our returners to play in at least one of the tournaments, either May 2nd or May 9th and it would be even better if people sign up for both!!!
Playing in the sand in any capacity (both for fun and ultra competitive) is unparalleled total body training! We call t “building your sand legs” which increases speed, agility, and vertical jump. In addition, playing in the sand helps with overall ball control, and court awareness!!!
If you are thinking about playing in college it is imperative to have as much sand experience as possible!!! So Sign Up and PLAY!!!
