* Click the bottom right green button that says “enroll” and follow the instructions to sign up
The Spring Training dates are as follows:
Week 1:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 4/6 and Thursday 4/9
Small Gym Volleyball drills and skills 2:30-4:30pm Friday 4/10
Week 2:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 4/13 and Thursday 4/16
Small Gym Volleyball drills and skills 2:30-4:30pm Friday 4/17
Week 3:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 4/20 and Thursday 4/23
No Skills and drills this week
Week 4:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 4/27 and Thursday 4/30
No skills and drills this week
Week 5:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 5/4 and Thursday 5/7
Small Gym Volleyball skills and drills 2:30-4:30pm Friday 5/8
Week 6:
Weight Room/Conditioning “Class Dates” 2:30-4:30pm Monday 5/11 and Thursday 5/14

DMHS Summer Camps: TBA (waiting for Community Ed for scheduling) we are looking one or two of the first 3 weeks of June
DMHS Team Camps: TBA (waiting for district paper work processing) we are looking at San Diego July 14-18
***We know that people are making their summer travel and vacation plans now (I am trying to do the same), so as soon as we get the summer camp information finalized it will be posted on the dmhsvball.com web site ASAP! However, we are VERY excited about the finalization of our Spring Training program!!! Participation is not mandatory, however it is strongly encouraged!
